Lack of confidence is almost as worst as low self esteem. Boosting your confidence level is easy. In fact, it does not take much. The reason it is easy to boost your self confidence quickly, is because you feel different levels of confidence (lack of confidence means that you feel less confident) at different situations, with different people.

No one is un-confident all of the time. You can measure your level of confidence even while you arere alone, and you are not facing other people, you are not confronting anyone or in a social event. For example, you might be confident working on your computer, but less confident talking to new people you just met. You cannot dismiss your skill of being confident in front of your computer, just because 'it does not count' for other things in life.
